Zach Bryan

Zachary Lane Bryan is an American singer-songwriter from Oologah, Oklahoma. He got his guitar at the age of 14 and started writing songs. When he was just 17 years old, he enlisted in the Navy, just like his parents. In his spare time he wrote songs. During his leave, he spent time and spontaneously recorded songs with friends. His debut album was released in 2019 under the name 'DeAnn'; he named the album after his late mother.

Bryan started uploading his music to YouTube in 2017. His friends filmed this for him. One of his songs, "Heading South," went viral. His second album 'Elisabeth' was released in 2020. He recorded the album in his converted barn behind his house in Washington.

In late 2021, Bryan announced that the United States Navy has honorably discharged him after eight years of service to continue his career in music. He will release his third album 'American Heartbreak' in May 2022. The album debuted at number five on the US Billboard 200 with over 70,000 album-equivalent units (measurement in the music industry).
