Complaints and customer service

A complaint regarding the Service Services must be reported by the Buyer to Eventim as soon as possible. If the complaint relates to the services and/or deliveries of an Organizer, the Buyer must report the complaint to the relevant Organizer, so that the Organizer has the opportunity to handle and resolve the complaint.
