Digital Services Act (DSA)
The Digital Services Act (DSA) is a European regulation that has applied to all online platforms since February 2024. Its aim is to create a safer online environment through stricter rules on transparency, combating illegal content, and protecting users’ rights.

Reports of illegal content (Art. 16 DSA)
Event organisers can publish events and related information on Eventim platforms. If you believe that any content is illegal or breaches applicable laws, you can report it to us.

This email address is dedicated to reports of potentially illegal content on Eventim platforms, including event details or any other content published via our ticket shops.
What should your report contain?
To help us review your report efficiently, please include:
- A short explanation of why you consider the content to be illegal;
- The exact location of the content (link/URL);
- Your name and email address, so we can keep you informed.
Please note that you are not required to provide your name or email address if your report concerns criminal offences as defined in Directive 2011/93/EU. - A statement of good faith (e.g.: "I confirm that I have a good faith belief that this report is accurate and complete.")
What happens next?
Once we receive your report, we will review it carefully and without unnecessary delay. Where appropriate, we may take action, such as restricting access to or removing the content. If you have provided your contact details, we will notify you of receipt of your report and of our decision.
Important
This reporting channel is strictly limited to reports of illegal content (Article 16 DSA). For general enquiries or customer support, please contact klantenservice@eventim.nl.
Complaint about a decision by Eventim (Art. 20 DSA)
Do you disagree with a decision made by Eventim (for example the removal or restriction of content, suspension or termination of an account or service, or a decision not to take action following a report)? You may submit a complaint free of charge within 6 months via: klantenservice@eventim.nl.
We handle complaints carefully, in a timely manner, and with human review. You will receive a reasoned decision.
Out-of-court dispute resolution (Art. 21 DSA)
If you do not agree with the outcome of your complaint, you may submit the dispute to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body as referred to in Article 21 of the DSA.
This does not affect your right to bring the dispute before the competent court.
