How it works

STEP 1

Buy tickets

Book your tickets and choose EVENTIM.Pass as the shipping option.

Ticket purchases don't require the EVENTIM.App. However, you will need the EVENTIM.App to collect and present your tickets at the event entrance.

STEP 2

Open EVENTIM.App

Open the EVENTIM.App or download it first by clicking the buttons below. Then log in with your EVENTIM account.

Tip: Activate all push notifications by clicking "Push Notifications" in the app menu. This way we can keep you informed about the event you're attending.

STEP 3

Retrieve tickets

You can find your event tickets under "Tickets" at the bottom of the app's sub-navigation. Once opened on your phone, tickets will also be available offline. So, check your tickets before the event starts.

STEP 4

QR code for admission

The QR code will be visible in the EVENTIM.App 24 hours before the event starts.

It is not possible to gain access using a screenshot of your EVENTIM.Pass.

What is EVENTIM.Pass?

  • With EVENTIM.Pass you manage your tickets in the EVENTIM.App on your smartphone.

  • Push notifications keep you up to date: all relevant information about your event is sent directly to your smartphone.

  • EVENTIM.Pass can only be forwarded and sold through EVENTIM's closed environment.

Passing on tickets

  • If activated, you can forward your EVENTIM.Pass to friends and acquaintances via the EVENTIM.App.

  • If forwarding is available for your event, you will find a forwarding button directly below the barcode.

Ticket resale

  • Reselling your tickets is only possible through fanSALE. This can be easily done from the EVENTIM.App.

  • Important: The organizer determines the extent to which tickets can be resold. If fanSALE is available for your event, you'll find a sales button directly below the barcode.
