Jay Francis, geboren op 13 januari 1994 in Sittard, is een Nederlandse stand-upcomedian en voormalig internetpersoonlijkheid, voorheen bekend als Tisjeboy Jay. In 2019 debuteerde hij in het theater met *Van het net naar het doek*, gevolgd door succesvolle shows als *Het Tijdelijke Abnormaal*, *In de war* en *Catastrofe*. Met zijn vijfde voorstelling *Catastrofe* verkocht hij meer dan 50.000 tickets en ontving hij de Platina Ticket Award. In 2022 en 2023 speelde hij voor uitverkochte zalen in de Ziggo Dome en Rotterdam Ahoy.
In 2024 maakte Francis zijn acteerdebuut in de Videoland-serie *Jackson & Malone*, geregisseerd door Hans Teeuwen, en bracht hij de documentaire *De Schaduw van de Lach* uit, die zijn bewogen levensverhaal vertelt en bekroond werd met de Kristallen Film Award.
