Oscar and the Wolf is the musical project of Belgian artist Max Colombie. Since breaking through with debut album 'Entity' in 2014, he has become one of the most distinctive names in Belgian pop. Blending pop, R&B, electronic music and cinematic textures, Oscar and the Wolf creates a unique world where melancholy, sensuality and larger-than-life pop productions meet. Tracks such as 'Princes', 'Strange Entity', 'Breathing' and 'Warrior' have become fan favourites, while albums including 'Infinity' and 'The Shimmer' further established his distinctive sound.
In 2024, Oscar and the Wolf released his fourth studio album, 'TASTE', marking a more personal and vulnerable chapter that combines euphoric club rhythms with deeply intimate songwriting. The accompanying TASTE Tour took him across Europe, culminating in major shows at venues including Sportpaleis and Ziggo Dome. The experience was later captured on 'TASTE LIVE'.
Oscar and the Wolf continues to explore new musical territory in 2026. Following his interpretation of R.E.M.'s 'Losing My Religion', he joined forces with Dutch artist S10 for 'Safe and Sound'. With his striking visual identity, emotional performances and immersive live shows, Max Colombie continues to reinvent the world of Oscar and the Wolf.
