Release Festival is a two-day music and experience festival set in the heart of Haspengouw, surrounded by the cherry orchards of Tongeren-Borgloon. What began as an initiative by a dedicated group of volunteers has grown over twenty editions into a much-loved summer festival where music, nature and togetherness take centre stage. With its intimate atmosphere, green surroundings and strong focus on the overall festival experience, Release has become a cherished way to welcome the summer for visitors of all ages.
Release Festival follows its own path by giving emerging and local talent a prominent place alongside established names from the Belgian music scene.
