A Festive Concert by Simple Music Ensemble World
Some music feels like magic—melodies that transport us back to our childhood, sounds that evoke memories of beloved films, cherished moments, and the anticipation of the holiday season. It is music that seems to bring time itself to a standstill.
*Festive Magic* brings together the most wonderful musical worlds in one extraordinary concert. The program spans from Tchaikovsky and Ludovico Einaudi to the magical realm of Harry Potter, the enchanting film scores of Joe Hisaishi (from the films of Hayao Miyazaki), and traditional Christmas carols.
Different eras, styles, and stories converge in an intimate chamber music performance. Familiar melodies take on a new dimension while retaining their inherent beauty, depth, and the special magic that makes them so deeply loved.
Simple Music Ensemble World presents *Festive Magic* at the atmospheric Kompaszaal in Amsterdam, as part of the *SME House Amsterdam by Kompaszaal* concert series. It promises an evening filled with warmth, wonder, and music that will resonate long after the final note. Simple Music Ensemble World is an international chamber music project that unites professional musicians, unique venues, and carefully curated programs.
