Tjade is one of the driving forces behind the revival of uplifting house, progressive house and early trance. The Amsterdam-based DJ, producer and founder of Agrio Tracks has spent the past fifteen years building a reputation as a respected tastemaker, talent scout and key figure within the Dutch underground dance scene.
Known for his distinctive blend of energetic house, progressive melodies and trance influences, Tjade creates what he describes as “high energy dance floor music”. His productions have been released on labels including Live at Robert Johnson, Bordello a Parigi, Polari, DGTL and Correspondant, earning support from artists such as Job Jobse, Palms Trax, Hunee, VTSS and Marlon Hoffstadt.
His rise behind the decks has been equally impressive. Tjade has performed at renowned clubs including Ministry of Sound in London, Wilden Renate in Berlin, Badaboum in Paris and Opium in Vilnius, while also appearing at festivals such as Lowlands, Awakenings, Dekmantel, Wildeburg, Into The Woods, Best Kept Secret, AVA and Glastonbury. His Boiler Room Amsterdam set marked a major international breakthrough, introducing his uplifting sound to audiences worldwide.
Alongside DJing and producing, Tjade actively supports emerging talent through his label Agrio Tracks. Driven by a passion for community, discovery and dancefloor culture, he continues to create spaces where both established and upcoming artists can thrive. His sets are defined by euphoric melodies, driving rhythms and an irresistible sense of momentum.
