Rolstoelgebruikers
Rolstoelplaatsen zijn via Eventim enkel telefonisch te reserveren via 0900-1330 (lokaal tarief).

Aangepast toilet
In de foyer zijn er twee mindervalide toiletten aanwezig.

Lift
Met de lift zijn de ingangen 2 en 5 van de grote zaal (Hamletzaal) bereikbaar. Ingang 4 is ook bereikbaar met lift maar heeft daarna wel een korte trap. Ingang links en rechts van de kleine/ middenzaal (Othellozaal) zijn beiden bereikbaar met een lift.

Auditieve beperking
Gehoorondersteuning is aanwezig en gratis te leen. Meld je voorafgaand aan de voorstelling bij de servicebalie voor verdere instructies.

Visuele beperking
De traptreden in de theaterzalen zijn extra gemarkeerd en zijn langs de trappen zoveel mogelijk leuningen aangebracht.

Hulphonden
Hulp-en geleidehonden met een herkenbaar tuigje worden toegelaten. We adviseren om een telefonische reservering te plaatsen via 0900-1353 (€0,60 p/m). Heb je al een reservering bij Eventim staan en wil je nog doorgeven dat je een hulphond of geleidehond hebt? Bel dan naar ons servicenummer 0900-5001353 (lokaal tarief).

Parkeren
Onder het theater is een parkeergarage aanwezig. Vanuit de parkeergarage kan de lift worden bereikt. Er zijn in de buurt van Schouwburg Het Park verschillende rolstoeltoegankelijke parkeerplaatsen. Een houder van een GPK (Gehandicaptenparkeerkaart) kan een ontheffing aanvragen voor het inrijden van de afgesloten binnenstad van Hoorn. Kijk hier voor meer informatie.

Er zijn meer rolstoeltoegankelijke parkeerplaatsen rondom de schouwburg. De meest actuele informatie hierover vind je op www.hoorn.nl/parkeren-gehandicapten .
