Rolstoelgebruikers
Rolstoelplaatsen zijn via Eventim enkel telefonisch te reserveren via 0900-1330 (lokaal tarief).

Lift
Alle publieksruimtes van Stadsschouwburg Utrecht zijn bereikbaar via de lift en toegankelijk voor rolstoelgebruikers of mensen die slecht ter been zijn.

Aangepast toilet
In de entreehal bij de balie is een extra ruim toilet aanwezig.

Auditieve beperking
Het geluidsysteem in zowel de Grote Zaal als de Blauwe Zaal is uitgerust met draadloos 500-600MHz band. Bij de balie zijn vóór aanvang van de voorstelling hoortoestellen in bruikleen verkrijgbaar.

Bezoekers met niet-zichtbare handicaps
Hidden Disabilities is een organisatie die zich inzet voor mensen met een onzichtbare handicap of aandoening. De sunflower is het herkenbare symbool van de organisatie voor mensen met een onzichtbare beperking of aandoening. Stadsschouwburg Utrecht ondersteunt dit initiatief. Hulphonden
Hulp-en geleidehonden met een herkenbaar tuigje worden toegelaten. We adviseren om een telefonische reservering te plaatsen via 0900-1353 (€0,60 p/m). Heb je al een reservering bij Eventim staan en wil je nog doorgeven dat je een hulphond of geleidehond hebt? Bel dan naar ons servicenummer 0900-5001353 (lokaal tarief).

Parkeren
Stadsschouwburg Utrecht heeft geen eigen parkeergelegenheid. Het is wel mogelijk met de auto tot voor de hoofdingang te rijden om iemand af te zetten.

Dichtbij de schouwburg zijn vier openbare parkeerplaatsen voor gehandicapten in de buurt van de schouwburg. Deze parkeerplaatsen kunnen niet van tevoren worden gereserveerd, maar kunnen worden gebruikt door bezitters van een gehandicaptenparkeerkaart:

• Ter hoogte van Lucasbolwerk 10 (twee parkeerplaatsen), op circa 100 meter afstand
• Ter hoogte van Lucasbolwerk 4 (één parkeerplaats), op circa 100 meter afstand
• Vlak tegenover de hoofdingang van Stadsschouwburg Utrecht (één parkeerplaats). Om gebruik te maken van deze parkeerplaats bel je aan bij de slagboom. De slagboom bevindt zich ter hoogte van Lucasbolwerk 8.
