Michiel Vos – Dutch-American journalist, lawyer, America correspondent, and resident of New York, takes you on his personal and political journey between the Netherlands and the United States in this unique theater show.
Known for his bestseller ‘Vos in de VS’ and from television (RTL, VRT), radio (Ruud de Wild weekly for 20 years), and documentaries for HBO (Citizen USA, Pelosi in the House), Michiel is the man who knows how to ‘translate’ his country, America, to the Netherlands. Michiel shows you ‘his’ America from the inside so that you can (hopefully) understand it just a little bit better. Since 2003, he has lived in New York with his wife, filmmaker Alexandra Pelosi, and their two sons. In 2009, he became an American citizen, and as a Dutch-American insider, he sits close to the political fire of Washington.
