Rolstoelgebruikers
Rolstoelplaatsen zijn via Eventim enkel telefonisch te reserveren via 0900-1330 (lokaal tarief).

Auditieve beperking
In het Danstheater en in de Concertzaal is een systeem aanwezig voor mensen die niet of slecht(er) horen. Je hebt hiervoor een ontvanger nodig die vanaf één uur voor aanvang van de voorstelling verkrijgbaar is bij de receptie. Dit is geen ringleiding.

• Indien je een hoortoestel hebt met PTT-stand/inductie, kun je gebruik maken van inductie-haakjes. Deze krijg je met het systeem meegeleverd van de receptie.

• Bezoekers zonder hoortoestel of met een hoortoestel zonder inductiestand worden verzocht zelf een koptelefoon of oordopjes met mini-jack aansluiting mee te nemen. Deze kunnen worden aangesloten op de ontvanger. Indien nodig, kun je bij de receptie een koptelefoon lenen.

In de Amare Studio, Conservatoriumzaal en de Nieuwe Kerk is er geen ondersteuningssysteem aanwezig.

Hulphonden
Hulp- en geleidehonden met een herkenbaar tuigje worden toegelaten. We adviseren om een telefonische reservering te plaatsen via 0900-1353 (€0,60 p/m). Heb je al een reservering bij Eventim staan en wil je nog doorgeven dat je een hulphond of geleidehond hebt? Bel dan naar ons servicenummer 0900-5001353 (lokaal tarief).

Parkeren
Amare beheert geen eigen parkeergarage of parkeerplaatsen. Het theater bevind zich in het centrum van Den Haag aan het Spuiplein. De dichtstbijzijnde parkeergarage in de buurt van Amare is Q-Park Spui . Deze bevindt zich onder Amare en heeft 3 mindervalideplekken.
