Rolstoelgebruikers
Het Chassé is toegankelijk voor rolstoelgebruikers. Zo zijn er liften aanwezig om de Cinema zalen en de foyers op de eerste verdieping te bereiken. De balkons zijn niet per lift bereikbaar.

Rolstoelplaatsen zijn via Eventim enkel telefonisch te reserveren via 0900-1330 (lokaal tarief).

Auditieve beperking
Alle zalen zijn voorzien van een hulpsysteem voor slechthorenden met of zonder gehoorapparaat. Om gebruik te maken van dit systeem kan je met een gehoorapparaat (voorzien van ringleiding- of T-stand) gratis een inductielus lenen. Heb je geen gehoorapparaat, dan kan je een gratis kinbeugel lenen. Beiden kunnen voorafgaand aan de voorstelling opgehaald worden bij de servicebalie.

Visuele beperking
Toneelkijkers van Option kan je gratis voor aanvang lenen bij de servicebalie in de theaterstraat.

Hulphonden
Een officieel getrainde geleidehond is van harte welkom in het Chassé Theater en mag mee naar binnen om je te begeleiden. We adviseren om een telefonische reservering te plaatsen via 0900-1353 (€0,60 p/m). Heb je al een reservering bij Eventim staan en wil je nog doorgeven dat je een hulphond of geleidehond hebt? Bel dan naar ons servicenummer 0900-5001353 (lokaal tarief).

Parkeren
Er zijn zes gehandicaptenparkeerplaatsen tussen het Chassé Theater en het stadskantoor en tien gehandicaptenparkeerplaatsen in de Chassé parking.
