Fockeline Ouwerkerk (Westmaas, 2 juni 1981) is een Nederlandse actrice. Na haar afstuderen aan de Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Utrecht in 2004 begon ze haar carrière in theater en televisie. Ze speelde bij theatergezelschap Het Toneel Speelt en maakte later naam met rollen in films en televisieseries.
Ouwerkerk is bekend van populaire series als Zussen, Mocro Maffia, Moordvrouw en De Co-assistent. Daarnaast speelde ze in films als Bankier van het Verzet, waarvoor ze een Gouden Kalf won, en Taal is zeg maar echt mijn ding. Ze behoort tot de meest veelzijdige actrices van Nederland en is actief in zowel theater, film als televisie.
