Jethro Tull, an evening full of prog rock history!
Ian Anderson and Jethro Tull are among the most successful and influential progressive rock acts in the world. Since their formation in the late 1960s, the band has left an unmistakable mark on the international rock scene.
The debut album This Was was released in 1968. After an early line-up change – with the arrival of guitarist Martin Barre – Jethro Tull developed a distinctive and unique sound blending rock, folk, and classical influences. Over the decades, around thirty musicians have been part of the band.
Today, Jethro Tull is still active. Ian Anderson – songwriter, producer, flautist, singer, and guitarist – tours worldwide every year and is known for his energetic stage presence and characteristic flute playing.
This tour focuses on the rich Tull catalogue, featuring music from all periods of the band: from the early work of 1968 through to the recent album Curious Ruminant (2025). Audiences can expect a cross-section of classics and new material.
Ian Anderson is joined by the current permanent band members:
David Goodier (bass), John O’Hara (keyboards), Scott Hammond (drums), and Jack Clark (guitar). The show is enhanced by carefully curated video visuals that complement the musical programme.
A concert for lovers of progressive rock, musicianship, and a repertoire that spans generations.
