K3 has been one of the Benelux’s most popular girl groups for more than 25 years. The group rose to fame in the late 1990s with its original line-up of Karen Damen, Kristel Verbeke and Kathleen Aerts, becoming a true cultural phenomenon. With timeless hits such as Heyah Mama, Alle Kleuren, Tele-Romeo and Oya Lélé, colourful performances and a unique blend of music, dance and entertainment, K3 has captured the hearts of millions of children and parents alike.
Following Kathleen Aerts' departure in 2009, Josje Huisman joined the group after winning the television talent show K2 Zoekt K3. In 2015, Karen, Kristel and Josje said farewell to K3, after which a brand-new generation was formed through K3 Zoekt K3. Today, K3 consists of Hanne Verbruggen, Marthe De Pillecyn and Julia Boschman, who joined the group in 2021 after winning K2 Zoekt K3. With the same infectious energy and a fresh, contemporary style, K3 continues to inspire new generations of fans.
