Sharon Kovacs sang a lot as a child and played in bands from her teenage years, participating in talent shows and open mic evenings. With a dark, raw voice, Kovacs sings in a style reminiscent of Lana Del Rey and Goldfrapp. In 2013 she graduated from Rock City Institute in Eindhoven. During her training she comes into contact with producer Oscar Hollenman, who records several studio sessions with her. In addition to these sessions, she travels to London, Berlin and New York, among others, to work with well-known songwriters. The result is Kovacs' debut EP 'My Love'. After her single 'Diggin'' was declared a 3FM Megahit, her first album was released in April 2015, which ended up at number 1 in the Dutch album chart. The second album 'Cheap Smell' was released in the summer of 2018. In 2022, Kovacs released the single and video 'Not Scared Of Giants', followed by the singles and videos 'Bang Bang', 'Fragile' and 'Goldmine'. The third album 'Child of Sin' was released in 2023. The title song is a duet with Rammstein singer Till Lindeman.
