Ocean Alley

Ocean Alley is an Australian alternative psychedelic rock band. Their music style has been described as "cruisey psych and reggae fusion". The band started playing in 2011 in a backyard shed. The members are influenced by the music of Jimi Hendrix, Pink Floyd and Dire Straits. They started performing at locations on the Northern Beaches and the city of Sydney.

The band has released four studio albums and two EPs. After releasing their first EP ''Yellow Mellow'', they already performed in multiple locations and started to gain a wider audience online. The band toured through Australia five times in their own car in 2014 and 2015.

At the end of 2015, Ocean Alley started recording their debut album ''Lost Tropics''. Several songs were still in production when the first songs were already recorded. They later say that creating the songs in this way was very productive. 2016 was the start of their international tour. They played over 40 shows in Europe, selling out shows in the Netherlands and Germany.

At the end of 2022 they will release their fourth album called ''Low Altitude Living''. An album complete with twelve songs that flow effortlessly into each other. During the time of listening. An album that can be repeated very easily.
