Biography - OXMO PUCCINO

Oxmo Puccino is an absolute giant in French-language hip hop. Since the 1990s, he has been known for his sharp pen, strong storytelling and effortless flow. Born in Mali and raised in Paris, he translates personal experiences and observations about life into lyrics that are poignant, clever and accessible.

Oxmo's music goes beyond classic rap. He plays with influences from jazz, soul and chanson, without abandoning his hip hop roots.
