De Broadway-musical ontving zes Tony-nominaties en won de Drama Desk Award voor beste musical. The Prom is het ultieme musicalfeest voor jong en oud. Onweerstaanbare muziek, een hartverwarmend verhaal en een dosis humor. Gooi die jazz hand in de lucht want het is feest!

Meervoudig Award winnares Pia Douwes keert terug op Nederlands podia. Pia Douwes zal vanaf september 2022 de hoofdrol in deze nieuwe musical! Zij zal in de voorstelling de rol van Dee Dee Allen spelen, een rol die Meryl Streep vertolkte in de gelijknamige film op Netflix.
