Ziggo Dome welcomes all guests. Security and service staff are available at every event to help visitors and provide information.
The venue holder recommends that wheelchair users and those with reduced mobility use the ground-floor facilities where possible.
For many events, there’s a dedicated entrance at the main entrance for those who require additional support. Look for the accessibility icon above the doors to help minimise waiting times.
Wheelchair users
Wheelchair seats can be booked as explained here.
Ambulant wheelchair- and rollator users
If you’d like to book standard seats, please call our Customer Service Center. Our team is ready to help you find the seats that best match your needs.
The first and second tier sections are only accessible via stairs, and emergency exits also lead through the stairwells. If you use a wheelchair or rollator, security staff at the entrance can guide you to the elevator. Please note that there are between 7 and 31 steps from the tier level to your actual seat, depending on your row and seat number (the tier access point is located between rows 7 and 12). A service staff member will store your wheelchair or rollator off the walkway, at your own risk. If you have difficulty standing for long periods or need to use the elevator, the venue operator recommends remaining seated for 5-10 minutes after the show ends. This allows the main crowds in the foyers to disperse.
Accessible Toilets
There are two accessible toilets on the ground floor, both fitted with automatic door openers.
Assistance Dogs
KNGF (The Royal Dutch Guide Dog Foundation) recommends attending concerts and festivals with personal assistance instead of a guide dog. These types of events can be overwhelming for dogs and may harm their wellbeing.

For accessible parking near the Ziggo Dome, Car Park P1 is your best option. It's directly under the Johan Cruijff ArenA and just across the road from the venue. The car park has the most accessible spaces available, with a vehicle height limit of 2.5m. Please note that a valid European Disability Parking Permit is required and checks are carried out. You can find the current parking rates here.
