Wheelchair users
AFAS Live offers accessible entry for visitors with disabilities, and the whole ground floor is completely level. Wheelchair seats can be booked as explained here.
Accessible Toilets
On each floor, you'll find an accessible toilet equipped with an emergency call button.
Assistance Dogs
Please note the venue’s advice regarding assistance dogs:
"KNGF Guide Dogs advises that assistance dogs should ideally not be brought to festivals or concerts due to the noise and crowds, which can prevent them from performing their role properly. Instead, they recommend bringing a personal assistant to these events."

Parking
The venue kindly asks visitors not to park in the residential areas of Amsterdam Zuidoost. Please use the designated parking facilities around AFAS Live instead:
• P1: Car Park P1 / Johan Cruijff ArenA
- Maximum height clearance, 2.25 m
- West entrance height clearance, 2.50 m (suitable for accessible vans, which can remain on level 1)
- 20 electric vehicle charging point
- Wheelchair accessible, 48 disabled parking spaces available.
• P2: Event Grounds
- AFAS Live recommends that guests with limited mobility choose a different parking area, as access to P2 requires crossing a footbridge.
• P3: Car Park P3 Mikado
- Maximum height clearance, 1.90 m
- Disabled parking spaces.
• P4: Car Park P4 Villa ArenA
- Maximum height clearance, 2.00 m
- Disabled parking spaces.
• P5: Car Park P5 Villa ArenA
- Maximum height clearance, 2.00 m
- Disabled parking spaces.
• P6: Car Park P6 Pathé ArenA / Uitgaansdriehoek (Entertainment District)

The parking facilities are operated by the City of Amsterdam’s Parking Directorate. For any specific parking-related queries, we advise contacting the car park directly.

Kiss&Ride
Dropping someone off or picking them up at AFAS Live? Use the short-stay option in Car Park P1 directly beneath the Johan Cruijff ArenA. It's right across from AFAS Live, near the South Entrance.
Please note: P1 may be unavailable during events at the Johan Cruijff ArenA. In such cases, simply follow the signs and traffic stewards' directions to the designated Kiss&Ride location.
