Ronan Keating brings Just Getting Started World Tour to AFAS Live in Amsterdam
World tour featuring three decades of Boyzone classics and solo hits
Ronan Keating will perform at AFAS Live in Amsterdam on September 6, 2027 for a concert during his Just Getting Started World Tour. The tour celebrates the songs, stories and moments that have made Ronan one of the world’s most timeless entertainers and takes the hits audiences have loved for decades to a higher level, with new energy, renewed passion and the perspective of an artist who knows himself better than ever before.
The Irish singer, songwriter and media personality brings three decades of timeless classics from the Boyzone catalogue and his beloved solo hits on a tour that feels like a new chapter for the 49-year-old Keating. Ronan Keating was sixteen when he joined Boyzone in 1993 at the age of sixteen, as the youngest member of the Irish boy band. In the years that followed, the five-member group would go on to become the 29th best-selling British act of all time, with more than 25 million records sold, nine Irish number 1 hits and six UK number 1 hits. Of the seven albums the group released, five reached the very top of the UK charts. The group reunited several times, most recently in June 2026 when they performed for more than 88,000 fans at Emirates Stadium in London.
When You Say Nothing at All
While he was still in Boyzone, Ronan Keating recorded a cover of When You Say Nothing at All, originally by Frances Black. Keating’s version is used for the soundtrack of the hugely successful British film Notting Hill, starring Julia Roberts and Hugh Grant. When You Say Nothing at All becomes a major hit and reaches the top of the charts in the United Kingdom, Ireland and New Zealand. The single goes double platinum in the United Kingdom and platinum in Australia, Denmark and Sweden. It marks the start of a successful solo career that continues to this day. His debut album Ronan is released in 2000. The album reaches the top position in the charts in the United Kingdom and becomes one of the best-selling albums of the year, going four-times platinum. In his home country of Ireland and several European countries, it also shoots to the upper reaches of the charts.
